She was friendly, attentive, and really understood my preference and what I was looking for. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out—it was exactly what I had in mind! I did not book an appointment, but thanks to Simone who accommodated me, I was able to have a wash, cut and blow-dry by Mari. Mari did a really lovely job on my hair and gave me layers and curtain bangs as I had asked for. I wanted to get rid of my damaged ends but keep my length and Mari did exactly that! Snip n Shape is, and always will be my go to salon as all the staff are lovely and my hair always feels soft and refreshed after!

Update: 3 years on from my original review, the service is still amazing! Thank you again to Mari who gave me the cut I needed and exactly what I asked for. My hair feels so much better and looks great!
